Arthritis Research UK has commissioned a study to identify the educational needs of people with RA and OA. To help us to identify these needs we are planning to hold 4 focus groups. Two groups with people living with RA and OA and two groups with nurses and allied health professionals who care for people with OA and RA.
We are recruiting through professional groups and patient organisations. Would you be willing to email the attached invitation letter to your members. In the letter it asks for interested participants to contact my research colleague Dr Kate Lillie, who will send those who are interested an information sheet and answer and questions that potential participants may have.
We are able to provide travel expenses to those participants taking part in the focus groups. I do hope you feel able to help out as I am sure that we all agree that identifying the educational needs of people with RA and OA will benefit all our professions.
